So I'll be in Bay Area for the summer, more specifically San Jose. Right now I am on the SoCal collegiate team with a slogan "Yes we do have a cycling team". Should I join a team while I am in NorCal?

Things I am looking for.
People who actually race in CAT4 (since that is what I race).
Local or semi local to San Jose. With gas prices going up, up, up carpooling to a race 60+ miles away sure would be nice. (main reason I would consider joining the team actually)
