I've got you beat. Back in my pre-knee slicey/dicey days I was a pretty beefy guy. Jumped out of planes/lifted lots of weights/ran with big heavy arsed rucksacks and ran a lot.

Personal best 2 mile time was 11:40 @ 215lbs.

The calculator put my power at 584w for 11:40.

Personal best 1 mile was 4:55 @ 210lbs. For a power number of, drumroll: 691w

For reference at 87kg (187-188lbs) my best 5 minute bike power is a hair over 400 watts.

The calc is worth exactly what I paid for it...
