Bikes: Felt Z25 & Specialized Rockhopper

Hi Phil,

I was searching for a new bike to replace my aging Trek Mountain Track. I ended up buying the exact bike you are looking at and have been riding it now for a couple of months. I like it and it's definitely one tough bike. I've laid it down twice, once where it bounced down a rocky hill, and with the exception of a few scraps on the body, it's still working great. The only complaint I had was that the back rim went out of whack fairly quick when I first got it. I had it aligned during the first month free tune up that the bike shop I bought it from gives. Since that time I've had not problems with it.

Not sure if I fully agree with Hiker's thoughs on it being an upper beginners bike. Maybe it is, but I'm bouncing through some good back woods, power line type trails that have a lot of rocks, roots and streams through them. Bike is running good for me.
