I have the Topeak Joe Blow Pro. I just replaced a 15 year old Topeak Joe Blow Deluxe that I gave to my son. There was no reason to really replace it other than the fact he needed a pump and I decided to get myself a new one since I know I will be using mine more. I have also had Silca pumps but overall like the Topeaks better. The Pro is a very solid pump with some neat little features and a nice wide base that lets it stand on its own.
