Zefal husky
I have the Zefal Husky, which is a rebranded Rennkompressor (or was when I bought it, and it still looks pretty much the same aside from the feet). Cost around $50. I have been using it heavily since 1993 and I have had to replace 1 rubber gasket in the presta head, 1 time. Cost a dollar for the part.
Pros: No real problems in 15 years, still gets to 120psi no fuss. Heavy, all steel, reliable. Nice wood handle.
Con: Easy to tip over even with the feet folded down, and the presta head is kind of junky- a gasketed chuck you slide over the valve, like a slip on presta-shraeder adapter. otoh, no moving parts in the head and it's held up pretty well (that was the gasket I had to replace).
Still, the best floor pump I've had, though I have not needed very many.
