Btw, I used a Fujitsu P7120 ultraportable laptop on my tour. It weighed only three pounds. As nice as it was to have, I wouldn't recommend bringing and expensive laptop on a long tour as it will most likely get ruined. The harddrive in my laptop died during my tour (most likely due to all the vibrations), the keyboard had to be replaced after I returned due to several keys not working since my laptop got wet, and the screen was giving me lots of problems on my tour, it died shortly after I returned.
