I've got nothing against a nice clean bike but with a more than full-time job, wife, kids, and house, my bicycle time is finite. My first choice is to ride it, not buff it with a microfiber cloth.
+2 You're not the only one ! I really need to put on a new chain & cassette, but haven't got around to it yet ..... and the current ones still work ... mostly .... so .....
