I've seen these bikes online, but not in person. They are available with larger frames, but I don't know anything about the quality, etc. Anyway, link is here:

Click on the "Men's Pan AM Stl Frm" at left, that bike is available in a large frame.
Also, I think the Ultra and Ultra Cruz are available in a large frame.

Unfortunately, a lot of the classic cruisers of old were in a one-size-fits-all and that size was "small", meaning it fit teen-age boys just fine. A lot of the newer cruisers fiddle with the traditional geometry, but they can't get away from that low-seat idea. It looks cool on the bike, just you don't want to ride it that way.
