Well, less than 4 hours since I had my Shimano M424s SPD pedals put on the Stratus, and I pull my first slow motion fall as my wife watches and laughs!

I was going up hill slowly talking to her, and just tried to put my foot down for no apparent reason. I had clipped out on the left, but not the right! Not even a scratch, but it is tricky to unclip with the bike on top of the clipped-in shoe.

Once I get my cleats dialed in, I think I will like them. Oh, and remember that I _HAVE_ them.
