Yeah, I did too. Clearly I should have just ponied up for the $25 wristband for CMWCs so I could hangout at the Steamwhistle Roundhouse. Although, like you said, it was kinda fun once I was soaked and/or warmed up. It was like riding through a 10km long puddle.
Plus I rode down College St, which is closed to traffic. Straight down the middle, with hordes of people huddled under every awning/etc the whole way through Little Italy. I could feel hundreds of eyes staring at me in shock.
i actually went down to the roundhouse with a friend last night only to find that the party had been broken up and everyone kicked out. apparently someone underage got served by accident and the liquor inspectors found out and shut er' down...
