No, the axle-to-crown length will not be the same... The longer fork will make the head tube angle a little more relaxed...you might not notice it.

I had been using an 80mm fork on my Dragon...it was apparently designed for a 100mm; I recently switched to a 100mm...I didn't notice a difference in steering.
