My commute to work from home was easy. It is only a four mile ride, downhill, and it was cooler than usual. Back home was bad even though it is a short ride. Uphill, strong headwind (like 30 mph gusts strong), it was 92 degrees, and pollen in the air like no other. I had to stop two or three times to stop and sneeze and blow my nose .
