IIRC, the Team Professional replicas outside of the normal red/black/yellow scheme didn't begin until '77. The '78 catalog shows a nearly identical frameset lineup w/o braze-ons, but they have different seattube decals then yours:

The bike came to me with only 753 markings. No other markings on it, no head badge. I put the Raleigh, the gold heron and the TI on it myself. I have the seat tube bands also, but I don't think I will put them on. Check original post for more details. So based on your info, my ca 1976-77 date is pretty close. I do like that blue frame color in your catalog.
