Got my ezip from Amazon two days ago. The top of the box was completely opened (UPS driver noted damaged). My husband put it together in about 20 minutes. The rear rack was bent as previously posted and there was a small ding on the frame (about 1/8 inch). I emailed Amazon and, as they were out of stock and could not send a replacement) credited me 100$. So I paid 299 for it.

Just took my son out for a 45 minute ride, me on my Ezip and he on his Schwinn Electric Stingray. We had a BLAST!.

We will ride our bikes to karate class on Monday. Everyone there wants to see them.
