I raced according to our teams plans and felt that we had a good chance of getting one of our two protected guys on a podium, but I dropped out after lap 5 because of the lightning strike in the field to our right.
I left pretty soon after the 3's finished and rode back to Gainesville. I got in ahead of the weather. The radar looked scary for you guys after really nice racing weather earlier in the day.
