You won't be able to upgrade you old bike for less than $200 either. I just spent $88 on new brakes, levers, cables, and pads as an upgrade to my old bike. That is rock bottom eBay pricing for Tektro (meaning not Shimano or Campy) gear. If you want anything more it'll cost more, a lot more. The Tektro is nice stuff btw, but get better pads. It's a good thing I also have a Chorus equipped CF bike (my wife cringed at the price, but still agreed to it.)
