Simply not true Al is still much softer than steel so instead of the integrated washer on your track nuts wearing out the track end will. Those stainless inserts on nice Al frames aren't just there to look cool. If you're not a trackie taking the wheel on and off constantly and changing ratios and your careful whenever you do have to it shouldn't be a huge problem though.
