Is there anyone out there that has "removed" the side pockets on a Carradice Saddlebag? I love my Carradice but the side pockets I could do without. I know there are models without pockets but I'm not interested in buying a new bag. If you removed the side pockets of your Carradice I'd like to know how the removal process went. Did the removal cause any permanent marks from the stitching?
