Question about disc rotors.

I can't remember if I've already asked this yet or not. When I was riding one day I fell and VERY SLIGHTLY tweaked my disc rotor. For about a day it made a rubbing sound when I rode on the road. Now it only makes the sound when I lean to one side, and I think it's to the right, and the rotor is on the left. Any idea what's causing this.
