does it do a speed wobble or any wobble while coasting?

I've ridden some mighty steep stuff, and never need to stand to pedal a properly geared, loaded touring bike.....maybe you need lower gearing on your 520.
The fact of the matter is: I like to stand. Not always, but I like to have the option. I believe it restores circulation to the butt and sit-bone area and I just like to stand when I climb, for at least part of the hill.

I have an 11-34 rear cassette with a 26 tooth granny, so I've got a pretty slow gear when I need it. I can climb pretty much any hill while seated, but sometimes I just want to get out of the saddle. And I guess I'm just tired of fighting the bike when I do it.
