If she loves you, she'll be interested in learning about a hobby that you are passionate about. If she doesn't give a frak, and has no interest in the subject...well...

My wife isn't a cyclist, but she knows what a bike costs. She knows what it means when I refer to mechanical parts. She understands if I say something like "Shimano released the new Dura-Ace group today". She doesn't care like I do...but she knows.

Similarly, I make it a point to understand the things she likes, even if I don't care the way she does.
