Click-Stand -- amazing customer service

I had ordered a Click-Stand a few weeks back. I brought it on a tour the day after it arrived in the mail. I like the product, but unfortunately two of the three provided brake bands snapped.

Today, I got home from work and there was a small padded envelope from Click-Stand in my mailbox. Odd, since I wasn't expecting anything.

The envelope contained three additional brake bands, and a handwritten note:
Hi Neil,

I read that your brake-bands popped, and thought I would send some new ones. You can also open the plastic grips on the old ones with a small screwdriver & fit the bands in again.

Wow. I suppose I must have mentioned this on BF; I wrote about it in my crazyguy journal, but I haven't published that yet.

Let me reiterate that I didn't order these (although i probably would have) or ask for them in any way. This guy obviously cares about his customers.
