My list would be

1. Pretty much any high end Japanese bike, especially team ones

Someday I want to own a nice Italian campy bike just for completeness. Bikes from England and America don't really do anything for me.. the only reason I haven't sold my voyageur is because it is Japanese made (and a nice frame IMO). Not that I'd turn a paramount down, I'd just take it and sell/trade it for something else
