I ride Syntace Stratos bullhorns. I got mine on ebay about 2 years ago for around 12.00 after shipping (yes, they were brand-new). They taper in slightly at the end, so you can ride them at the flats like road bars, be even normal in spacing for where the hoods would be, and then tuck in a little for the aero side of you. I've ridden road drops, track drops, and bullhorns and so far they are my favorite. Personally, I don't care for risers, you can get neutral bullhorns and they offer more positions.
