I was subjected to a similar crazy-person attack this morning on the way to work.
I see the 2 crazy-people, one in a wheelchair, the other pushing, both of them obviously deranged druggies. The pushing one looks at me, runs into the road towards me and just as he got within punching distance shouted "BOO". That may sound funny but I had no way of knowing if he was having some fun at my expense or about to shove a sharpened screwdriver into my face.
It left me pretty angry and shaken and the 2 toe-rags laughed at me because they could see I had been scared.
Keep your distance from deranged people.
