I'm 5'7.5" 175lbs and wear the Performance Ultra Bibs in Medium. From what I've read in this thread, I should go with the Small Hammer Nutrition Bibs? This is kind of weird, especially for me who used to buy all my stuff 1 size too large because I wasn't used to such tight fitting clothes.

BTW, even more confusing is their sizing information seems at odds with previous posts... They state that 1) they are sized in the european system, so go +1 size if you're used to buying in US sizes and 2) if you're in between, go with the larger size.
