So my girlfriend just left for Bike and Build today, but last Wednesday (6/11) she was test riding her new Specialized Dolce road bike or a cross country trip, and had it clipped/lock picked RIGHT SMACK in the middle of Rush Hour in Government Center right next to the State St. bus stop within a half hour window of 4:50 PM and 5:20 PM. Color is solid black with pink detail as pictured below. Police report was filed and we have proof of purchase.

This girl worked hard to raise money for this trip, and is doing a good deed by raising biker awareness and educating people on homelessness and it was absolutely heart-breaking to see it missing and have her almost miss her trip that she has trained months for.

This isn't an everyday bike you see in the city so if you see it anywhere-- on the street, on craigslist, at a pawn shop, please let me know. If you know or are the thief and have a conscience, then please I ask you to return it-- I'd be willing to forgive you if it was returned, or would allow for you to do so anonymously.
