I;ve got to find some time and set up a meal plan to stimulate/shock my metabolism again, but unfortunately that leaves me energy deprived and it's hard to find time to do that during the summer.
Last year I kind of ended up 'channeling' what I was eating to real basic not processed stuff. It was almost an accident really. I mean like lots of veggies and fruits and meat. No pasta or bread. My energy level was really cool. It wasn't spiked it was just super consistant. No highs or lows just a real nice plateau that was at a pretty high level.
