there are a few people that are ligitamitly mentally ill the vast majority are using as an excuse not to take responsability for their actions. Doctors get things for subscibing drugs ie trips, golf clubs etc.(I wonder how much cheaper drugs would be if we weren't paying for that kind of stuff) If you go to enough doctors you can find one to give A drug you want, and the people looking generally know witch doctors to see plus if they prescibe you drugs they can charge you for follow ups they don't get follow ups for telling you to buck up and act like a man /or woman
