The "temp" rack consists of holes drilled through a guardrail and bolts fastening a rail to the guardrail in the back of the building. When I told them that any idiot with a socket wrench could have that off in a couple of minutes, the answer I got back was "We're here and can see it." Yeah, right.
At my work, we got this rack outside the building just off the sidewalk.
Last year some guy(s) showed up with a truck, unbolted the rack and took the entire thing...
