Faffing is one thing; music and the appreciation of good music (mostly R&B for me) is another. Van Morrison was best (IMO) when he was a member of Them (Mystic Eyes, One, Two Brown Eyes, Gloria,etc.) in the early 60's but Brown Eyed Girl was really good blue eyed soul.
I agree. I grew up with Van Mo as background music to my youth.
I think faff is in the eye of the reader, or beholder, if you will. I enjoy the friendly banter on this forum, even if we tend to go OT at a moment's notice. If someone's faff is irrelevant to me I move on. Mostly I enjoy reading about everyone else's experiences. We're nothing if not diverse.
