Speedhub, have you tightened things up and taken it for a spin yet? If so how does it work? What brand and model of adaptor are you using? I sent an email to Hayes inquiring about the set up and they were not particularly helpful, said you should only be pairing calipers and discs of the same brand, which frankly strikes me as a bunch of BS. There may be issues such as how brake shoes line up to be considered etc. but if we all took the attitude of using things strictly as the manufacturer had marketed it the Wright brothers never would have attached an engine to a bunch of bicycle parts.
