I believe so. But a lot of them aren't. And many of those that are, are made by Oria or Dedaciaii (or Billato) because the others lack the experience that they do have with steel and aluminium. I would definitely buy Italian metal, but I don't think I would buy an Italian carbon frame (unless it said Billato or Tommasini on it).
