Chichi, I just double checked Universal's site, and I see the Formulas + rear adapters are back on their list, as are the Hayes V9s + adapters. I see them at Speedgoat, as well. So there ought to be some inventory out there to pick up, even if Hayes really discontinued them.

Prairie Boy, I can't find pictures of these Hope 220s on the web. Have you seen one? I'm curious if the aluminum carrier is larger, extending out closer to the brake track?

My presumption is the heat dissipating properties would be improved, compared to Formula's relatively long stainless steel "fingers."

Too bad for me, I don't see any way to make a floating rotor with a fat aluminum carrier work with a Speedhub, due to tight clearances. I'd love it, if I could.
