Hmmm, good question. I've always been physically active but not really into team sports anymore. My favorite activities are bouldering and cycling with flat-water kayaking a distant third.
I cycle to keep up my fitness level but also because I enjoy the time I'm on the bike just riding or being someplace. The same holds true for bouldering when outside or on the water kayaking. I've seem some truly wonderful things when I've been out in the world like this!
