I'm afraid to ride a Ti bike. Not because I think that I'll break one, but because I think that I'll get back on my CAAD8 and get annoyed by how hard it rides.

Someday, though...
I just bought a Serotta Fierte Ti (only carbon in the fork and seatstays). It's elegant in road feel. And I really liked the CAADs, but for all of that stiffness and response I thought I liked...it was tough to argue against the natural comfort of the Fierte Ti. Probably a little too 'cushy' to be truly racy, and the geometry is compact and a little slack, not the lightest either, but I'm very much enjoying the ride.

Back to this Moots, though....whew....it's really beautiful.
