you should be fine.

i toured with about 200 pounds of rider plus gear on a 20 spoke rear wheel and had no problems. both my friends were on 32 spoke wheels, one of them weighs 220 and probably had 50 pounds of stuff and his wheel did fine.

take it into a shop and have them check the tension and true them up if needed.
