I wouldn't discount it out of hand...my 140mm rotors have a different carrier than my 160s, than my 203mm. Don't have 185mms... (203, 210 & 231 all use same carrier...but that is cost effective; only changing one part not 2)

The custom rotors are being cut by a CNC machine of some description.

If the carriers are being cut by the same method; then making a custom carrier for Rohloff with a larger size to match larger rotor is certainly within reason. (might as well adjust the carrier size if you are adjusting the mount...)

More customization; more $$$ But it wouldn't hurt to ask....

That should have your wheels spinning (or braking actually. )
