when people's q
attitude towars cycling changes and a large proportion (i dont know what proportion, but just 'large' proportion) start cycling, the govt will find ways to tax us for 'road use' or something.

Already the british govt attempted to license cyclists (£10 /year) but it didn't work out for them. That wont stop them from trying again some time in the future.
