It depends on the drug dealer. Contrary to Hollywood myth, street dealers tend not to make much money (a lot of them are mainly pawns for the real dealer who does drive the blingmobiles), so if they have a 10 speed that was stolen from somewhere down the street to make a getaway, they are lucky.

The guys who have the underlings do the work for them arn't going to bother with bikes unless they are trying to impress people at a trailhead somewhere... then they will be buying whatever is the most expensive.
