Try this one (though I think lots of people know about it):
- 4 or 5 strawberries,
- 1 or 1.5 bananas, sliced
- Cup of ice
- Whole or 2% milk
- Scoop of vanilla ice cream or yogurt
- Sugar (amount is adjustable; I usually put a lot)
- Optional: A scoop of Whey Protein or recovery powder of your choice
Place items in a blender, put it in blend mode and enjoy.
