Chain is off. I can freely rotate the cranks/BB 360 degrees, what seems abnormal is that when I hold the right crank in a fixed position, I can move the left side 10 degrees or so back and forth. This is true both with the left crank on and with the crank off (and I'm just turning the ISIS splines).
