Shimano "light action" RD
crappy plastic pedals (I hate that)
Shimano SIS shifters (which I'm not sure about, look cheesy)
Interesting note about the rear triangle/wheel issue. Thanks , I"m still dealing with the wheel thing.
What year might this 400 be?
