Her dad owns a decal making machine and her brother-in-law is in auto-body/paint school so they made them for her when we visited a couple weeks ago.
2 potential downsides:
They don't seem like they are going to last very well, since the ornate nature of the flames means there isn't much "stick" left at the flame tips.
The reflective sticker stock is expensive and not particularly easy to work with.
