Ok, this is more a test on my ability to upload a file than really adding any useful information.

Attached is a picture of my FSA RD-460s with Hope 140mm rotors. As you will note, the carrier is the same 2.0mm as the rotor. The rivets are 3.75mm thick.

Hope's fancy vented rotors have both the carrier (which they call a spider) and the rotors laser'd out. With a little fine machining thrown in. So I am thinking they use the same process for the regular floating rotors.

So if anyone gets the urge to put a 220mm (or 230mm) disk on their Rohloff, I think it would be possible.
