Riding down a hill from my old apt. Was very bad at keeping my bike in good shape maintenance wise so my accident was my fault. Going down the hill I was turning and in the blink of an eye my handlebars stayed straight but my front tire decided to become parallel to my bike. I went over my handlebars flew around 5 feet or so and then slid a good 5 more. I was pretty surprised as I came to a stop, wondering what the heck just happened. I scraped up arm pretty good and was sore for a while. I calmly locked my bike up, walked up the hill to my apt, patched my arm, and went to class. Kinda freaked out my classmates as blood began soaking through the quick fix I did. haha

I try to keep my bike in good condition now.
