IRO uses sealed square taper BB's which generally have a decent lifespan. If you bike is not old, and you don't have any side to side play in your crankarms its likely that you just need to remove, re-grease the threads, and reinstall.

To check for play in your BB, grab the crank-arms and torque side to side with both hands. If you feel play, you need a new BB. If you feel no play your BB is likey fine and your arms just don't produce enough torque to make the noise.
