I've got a Nite Rider Trail Rat light. It works pretty well, but I hate the 9-hour charge time, and the fact that I risk killing the battery if I forget to take it off the charger.

Mostly though, I'd like the light to be brighter. Would it be possible to replace the halogen bulb with an LED? I'd like something like the SSC P7 LED, unless someone knows of a reason why that would be a bad idea.
