Keep in mind that the Kilo frame measurements are center-to-center and not center-to-top. You'd PROBABLY need a 47cm Kilo but I would give them a call and talk it over with them first.
Using LeMond's formula I got an average of 28 inches inseam/standover. So I think my best fit would be the 47cm Kilo. Thanks!
