My barends give me a stretched out position that allows me to punch into a headwind ... kind of like Greme Obree's superman positon, but not quite as radical ... if the headwind is too stiff, just find a warm location and sit it out! )

Like I said ... bar choice is really quite a personal thing, whatever spins your freewheel I say!
